Patient Information
Our Mission Statement
We are healthcare professionals dedicated to educating our patients to value and appreciate
their oral health and well being.
The Patient's Bill of Rights
You have the right to full disclosure, in plain language, regarding your dental condition,
treatment options, and cost estimates.
You have the right to choose the course of treatment preferred by you.
You have the right to receive thorough anti-infection and sterilization procedures.
You have the right to questions treatment, procedures, alternatives, costs, payment
options, number of visits required, expected results, and contraindications.
You have the right to the newest, most advanced treatment procedures approved by the American
Dental Association.
You have the right to satisfaction regarding your treatment.
Our Payment Policy
We share your concern with integrating the cost of quality dental care into your budget and feel
the best route is by open discussion of fees and payments before initiating treatment. We prefer
payment at the time of services, as this helps us keep overhead and fees down. We accept cash,
checks, and all major credit cards. We also have available Care Credit that can be structured to
provide no interest for the first twelve months.
For our patients, with insurance, we will submit insurance claims for you, but we do not "participate"
in any plans. You are responsible for the entire fee. Our office financial manager can help you
make arrangements to obtain optimum dental care to improve your overall health.
