Dental surgical procedures are sometimes necessary to remove infected teeth or treat defects of the bone or gums. Restorative surgical treatments such as bone and tissue grafts may be recommended to support dental prosthetics such as implants or dentures, or to repair damage caused by periodontal (gum) disease. Dr. Petree has completed advanced clinical training in providing these and other surgical procedures.

Wisdom Teeth Extraction
Third molars, or wisdom teeth, typically erupt in early adult years. These "extra" teeth are positioned far back in the mouth and can be difficult to clean, making them problematic for most people. If you have wisdom teeth, we may recommend that they be removed to prevent infection or decay that might affect surrounding teeth.
